Deploying JDBC driver

Hi guys,

i just deployed new JDBC driver according to http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/00b4a020-4ae6-2c10-5a95-fed4ad9a4...

and installation finished successful. Should not be that new JDBC adapter lcoated in Adapter Metadata under http://sap.com/xi/XI-System? I mean how can I assign this new JDBC adapter to my business system?
