Error in communication channel

HI All

I have configured a standard scenario between ECC to SRM PR transfer in SAP PI 7.31 single stack

The SLDCHECK is working fine both in ECC and SRM system.

But when I run the interface the data reaches to PI from ECC successfully but receiver communication channel pointing to SRM system

fails with the below error

"SOAP: Call failed: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException:
System Error Received. HTTP Status Code = 200: However System Error received in
payload ErrorCode = SLD_NO_OWN_BS ErrorCategory = XIServer Parameter1 = CSD
Parameter2 = 240 Parameter3 =  Parameter4=  Additional text =  ErrorStack = Error while reading ID of own
business system from the SLD for system abc and client 100

Internal error in SLD API

Please help me resolve this issue.

This is a common problem, please check the recomendations in this note 1242382  - XI runtime: AE_DETAILS_GET_ERROR for SLD access

Hi Sandeep,

Check if the user used in SOAP receiver is created and given sufficient authorization on SRM system.

Hi,

Check the business system registration on SLD is done properly for SRM System.

Go to ID and check your business system have the adapter specific identifiers associated

Hi Sandeep,

Please check all settings for the SRM system in the SLD. Is the business system created properly and also is the logical system name correct or entered?
