SAP Fiori : Capacity Planning and load

Hi All,

Just want to know your thoughts on "Impact on infrastructure setup (need for rampup) in case the

Fiori application is made available to say 10000+ Employees"

What I feel is "Reply server will help in load balacing in this case."

Please share your thoughts.

Hi Sheetal,

Please look at this document. About 80% of workload is in ERP side.

Steps:

1. Identify go live Fiori apps.

2. Get current usage and workload without Fiori

3. Estimate new usage and workload with Fiori

4. Compare sizing before and after using Fiori.

For example, there 10000 sales rep in the worldwide. 3300 in each region in the 8H time zone.

Sales used Sales Order Tracking after 5PM when they got office. 500 sales accessed at same time and concurrent access was quite high. With Fiori, Sales access Sales Order tracking on their mobile phone any time, so the concurrent access is not high.
