Provisioning log is not available in UAR

Hi All,

I am trying to setup User Access Review in development system.

Currently we are on SP13 and we have CUA system.

For request type “UAR Review“, I have assigned Action as “Change user”.

I have maintained the config parameters, like Reviewer -“Manager”, Admin review – ‘Yes’.

Issue:

Auto provisioning is not happening for the removed line items (Roles).

I am getting below message in the Audit log :

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   

- Auto provisioning activity at end of request at Path GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH and Stage ZGRAC_SECURITY_UAR

     - Provisioning log is not available

- Approval path processing is finished, end of path reached

- Request is closed

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But if I setup a GRC request with request type - change Account for the same user, then the roles are getting removed from backend system.

I am also having this same issue after upgrading to SP13.  Any help?

We had the same issue - after installation of SP13.

However it occurred only if user pressed "Save" button during review, try to submit an UAR request without using "Save" button and kindly let me know the outcome...

Hello Guys,

We are on SP10 and we are facing this issue of user not getting provisioned to plug-in system.

Do you know the reason for it. It was getting provisioned some days back ....
