Hi

We are facing the below problem with ICO configuration in PI 7.3 dual stack.

Scenario is File to SFTP.

While retrieving files from Shared folder between ECC and PI, in sender communication channel below is the exception.

Error: com.sap.aii.adapter.xi.routing.RoutingException : Unable to retrieve any CPA cache objects required for Interface Determination.

Help me in solving this.

Regards,

Rama.

Hi,

Have you put any  condition to determine the receiver in ICO...

Please check whether there is support for the same for your version of PI..

Thank you all for replies.

Problem was because of condition to handle in the CPA classes when no mapping is defined.

Rama.

Hi

I would suggest restartin your system as this solves 95% of cache issue.

Why is it looking for Interface Determination if you are using an ICO as Int. Deter. is not requird in this instance.

Thanks

Colin.

Hi,

Try to refresh the CPA cache http ://<server>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

If the problem persits i would redo the ICO object again, i would delete the existing one and to create another.

HI RamaDevi,

Have you used an ICO or a classical configuration?, try to have only one configuration, delete receiver determination, interface determination and the agreements objects and to keep only the ICO.

Hi

I am using ICO. There is no classical configuration.

Hi

Use transaction SXI_Cache, then go for a full cache refresh.

Also goes to Integration directory, check tools--> Cache Status Overview

make sure everything is green there.

Hi Ramadevi,

Try to delete and create Interface Determination step in ID and check once.

Thanks,
