Captured image not able to open as attachment on win32 agentry client

Hi,

when capturing an image on a win32 client, it cannot be viewed from the attachment screen afterwards.

It opens the default location where the image is supposed to be stored, but not the image itself.

Only when syncing the order to the backend and downloading the order with attachment again allows us to open/view the image in the attachment section.

Is there something I need to configure in the image capture properties?

Dieter,

I am fairly certain that is a limitation of the current product/platform and works as designed, forcing you to send it up to SAP first.  I agree that this is not very user friendly.  Please e-mail SycloSupport@sap.com to report this as a change request/bug against the product.

We are working with the latest client: Agentry_6.0.32.0 (Work manager 5.3)

When i doubleclick on the picture created, explorer opens on the default syclo attachments folder.

The actual picture is in the folder you can see here.

C:\Syclo Attachments\S4SAPWM

Setting the image location manually (C:\Syclo Attachments\S4SAPWM or C:\Syclo Attachments\) on the capture properties on the picture field doesn't help.
