Hi Narasimha,

Requirement routine is used whether to activate or deactivate the condition type in the pricing procedure during the sales order processing.

The requirement 2 checks if the item category has been defined as relevant for pricing (B or X in the item category definition).

If yes, then the condition type will be active in the sales order and you will see the condition in the sales order.
