Hi,
I have used the SAP self service "Business Process Analysis" where the business data in the managed system is analysed and you can get an idea about which business processes monitors you need to configure first.
I have done it for ERP as a managed system. I want to know for which all types of managed system is it possible to perform such an analysis, like for CRM , SRM etc ?

SelfService BPA is avaialble for ERP (R/3 Enterprise up) and CRM.
Same as ERP case, please follow the instruction provided selfservice wizard
(Execute program /SSA/ECR).
On SRM, BPMon and BP Analytics key figures are available. But no selfservice yet.
If the program is not avaialble in CRM, probably it is due to lower ST-A/PI.
So Please make sure to implement latest ST-A/PI <ST-A/PI Q SP2>.
For CRM environment, note 1943395 is released. So better to have this note when your system run on ST-A/PI Q SP2.

BPA can be used for any managed system whose ST A/PI Type P and ST-PI 2008_1 SP06 level.
