crm sales app connection issue

Hi,

We implemented Sybase CRM sales application. In this we facing an issue like the registered device is showing online but the pending items are not moved to device. all initial sync are happed later the new item is not moved to the device. please help us what could be the problem and where can we  monitor for the same.

  

*We are facing some issue in opening session monitoring in DOE.

Whether sync is successful from device ?

When device comes to online , i can see  it in SCC that device is online. last delivery message
also updated in SCC. But data is not transferring to device, lot of message waiting in pending items.



How can i send this
data to device or how i can monitor it?
