Document not found happening in error, also can't open files in DIRs

Hello,

When I try to view a file in SAP when I am not in the DIR using the "display original" icon I am getting the "Document ... not found" error message CC082. The problem is that the DIR does exist and the document does exist attached to it.

Then I go directly to the DIR using t-code CV03N (display document) without a problem but when I select the file attached to view it I get error message 26172 which says "file c:\.......\SAP\SAP GUI\tmp\_CVE cannot be created".

Can anybody help me with these two issues?

Hi Chris,

Have you configured content repository in your SAP system ?

If yes share the steps configured in your system

Where do I look to see how the content repository is currently configured. I didn't do the install so I don't know how it was done. Is there something I should be looking for that could cause the problems I'm having?

I am logged in and I can't get access to the file.

A popup asking for a username and password appears.

I put in my sap account info and nothing happens.

Can you put the contents of the note in your next reply or email me the note directly.
