"Save and Send for Approval" should wait for scanned documents

Hi All,

we are implementing a process where travel receipts are scanned centrally and a team lead should only receive an expense report for approval if travel receipts are linked.

Therefore I need to change the status of the trip after a traveller clicked "Save and Send for Approval" instead of status 3 (trip completed) to 6 (trip awaiting documents)

I was told that this can be done via standard customizing ... but could not find anything so far.

Any tips are highly appreciated.

Hi

status 5 and 6 can only be set by workflow. You have to adjust data flow of dedicated step before/ after waiting step. Relevant fields should be part of current releases in bus 2089, if not, implement own method feeding the fields with some coding.
