Urgent: GRWR condition type is not passing to Proforma invoice.

Hi

I have an issue. I have scenaio: PO>Delivery->Proform.invoice--->Final billing.In PO there is a statistical condition type GRWR. When creating Proforma invoice, this GRWR is not coming in the Proforma invoice. What is the reason, GRWR is not flowing to Proforma Invoice. But it is flowing to final invoice.Pls help asap.

sorry, above Tcode is <b>VTFL</b>. Typing mistake.

Check in VFFL, whether copy controls maintained correctly or not. As you mentioned that it is copying to Billing but not Proforma, see in the relevant copy controls that what is the price source. As your case is starts from PO, price source must be "A" which PO.

Hi!!

In t.code VTFL for Target document (your Proforma Invoice) and source document(your delivery document),at the item level, can you tell me what is the entry in the field 'Price source' .

OR

In copying control check if the settings at the item category level are same for copying from your delivery type to the Proforma invoice and the copying from your delivery type to final invoice document type.
