lost all badges in mission & lifetime points

Today when i tried to login , i got pop up for login and my password didn't work .

I opted for password change and it successfully got change , but it seems like i lost all my life time points & mission badges i earned.

But i can see my name in 12 month leader board as well as when i clicked on that profile it shows all missing credentials.

Can some buddy help me for this issue?

seems change in my official id messed up and now i have 2 id's.

need help to delete theh one through which i started this thread.
