Error in SLDCHECK

Hi,

We refreshed the SAP QAS system and after that SLDCHECK is not working.

If I run the SLDCHECK in SAP QAS system, my browser page is opening successfully but getting this error in SAP ABAP screen.

Getting,

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Calling Function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server..

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running !

Summary : Connection to SLD  does not work

=> Check SLD function and configuration

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I search forum and followed all the steps like,

1. Checking rfc's like LCRSAPRFC, SAPSLDAPI and user is unlocked

2. Maintained PI details in SLDAPICUST

3. Debugged the LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS func mod also

4. SXMB_ADM integration engine details maintained correctly but getting the error "No access to system landscape at present"

5. Checked the exchange profile in PI

6. Re-created the Business System

7. Stopped and re-started the SLD server

But still the error exists. Kindly help me out of this.

With Regards,

Amarnath M

Hello,

Can you check in ECC SE16 if you have entries in the table LCRT_CLNTCACHE?

Hello,

Although it is not recommended, can you try adding your business system into that table and then do sldcheck again?

Hi Mark,

Since it is QAS system, will it affect the system when adding the entry manually in standard table?

Hello Amarnath,

That table usually contains the list all the business systems created in XI for that particular SID. It normally gets updated when you create a business system in XI for that SID.

You could ask help from basis to insert the lost entries into the db table.

Hi,

Have you another SAP business system?

Is SLDCHECK in other business system correct? If yes, try to compare what's different between 2 business systems.

No, having only one business system.
