Where can I find a "data dictionary" or "table structure"

We've been speaking with a new set of SAP consultants, and they've asked us to obtain a "data dictionary" or "table structure" from our previous consultants. (We're using SAP B1)

Our previous consultants said that such a thing does not exist.

Can anyone tell me if this is something built into our system or if it has to be created by our consultants?

Also, is the SAP SDK Help center a data dictionary?

Install SAP B1 SDK  in the system, On the help file you will find Customization Tools > DataBase  Refrences. select tables in SAP Query Generator window, it will automaticaly link the tables with key fields.(if there any relation exists between the two tables)
