Output excel sheet of USMM measurement shows wrong results

hi Experts,

After running USMM system measurement, i am not getting user type "mySAP Employee (CAT. IV) " and user type  "mySAP Business Suite ESS User" having ID as 54 and 56 respectively in the excel sheet . I got only user type "mySAP Professional (Cat. II) having ID as 52.

I need to see details of ID 54 and 56 also in the output. Can anyone tell me why the details of ID 54 and 56 are not getting displayed. What could be the possible scenarios due to which these details are not getting displayed.?
