No Messages Found in Message Monitoring under Database and Archive of Adapter Engine

Hi All,

I am unable found processed messages in Adavnced Adater Engine in RWB.

No Messages Found in Message Monitoring under Database and Archive of Adapter Engine.

I can see only one or two days messages but not old messages in RWB.

Please find the screenshot for the same below:

Please let me know what should I do for this to display.

In addition to above, Check Retention Periods maintained for messages in Archiving as well. It may help you.

This error should be an authorization problem. Check if your user has these roles:

SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR
