I can not see shopping cart on portal

Hi,

I have SRM 7.0 version and I am not able to see "Shopping cart" on SRM portal.

I have gone through following link, but didnt find any path mentioned for activation shopping cart on SRM portal, in SRM 7.0

your request is not clear.

Do you see SRM transactions in EP? If yes, inside which transactions you do not see documents?

Is it the same for Purchase Order, Confirmations?

Put screen-shot to illustrate your problem.

As looking at your screen you must have admin roles on portal , please check MONITOR SHOPPING CARTS function under tab SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR else please contact your security team to get you SAP_ALL role to your user id.

As per your  screen shot it look you have portal  super admin roles , to see shopping cart in portal

you need to assign employee self service role in SRM system and  Portal system.

before check  with  your portal consultant  about the basic  integration  configured or  not like creating system object  system alias etc .
