Hello,

One of our users received this error message (the one stated in the first post here) when accessing the GUI from his email. What does this mean and does anyone know how to fix it? He is trying to access a link in his email to approve a purchase requisition in SAP.

have him upgrade to the latest SAPGUI. You can even use SAPGUI 710, it doesn't have to coorespond w/ the back-end system.

Error message is:

"Windows GUI 640 Exception 0xC0000005 with ID=0x6264178F/0x004197B2"

Not sure what the ID means. We only have two users on 710 since they have Vista. This user is on XP.
