Backup issue on DB13

   While I tried run archive log backup getting below error message

But these same backup working fine from unix os prompt

This is an issue at the TSM side.

You need to fix the issue with the TSM configuration.

As already suggested, I think you should set the s-bit for backint in directory  /opt/tivoli/tsm/tdp_r3/ora64.

And as others wrote, I think it is a problem of your Tivoli configuration.

Your backint program does come from Tivoli, doesn't it?

yes we are using Tivoli tsm backup ...This is java system and backup has been schedule on solman syetem but it is Surprisingly working fine from os prompt ....getting error from DB13 calendar ...

I suppose it is Surprisingly working fine from os prompt because you do so as user orasid.

But from DB13 it will be another user.

s-bit is designed to overcome exactly these kind of problems.

issue has been fixed ..due to SID profile not fixed properly
