MAI mssql template without transactionlog monitoring

Hello Experts,

in the old ccms it was possible, to monitor the mssql server transaction log percentage usage.
In the new MAI in the MSSQL template is no such entry/possibility.

It is necessary to implement the MTE in the template or are some other things that i can do.
We use some NW Java Systems, without MTE's in the solman. What can i do in this case.

which Version of SP Stack and content do you use?

In my orignial template from sap is no of this metrics.

SP 6, Content 9

You can reference the CCMS metrics with the newer MAI tool, but you have to create the custom metric along with a custom alert.

A good example on sapinsider is creating a custom metric to monitor fax/emails leaving an ECC system with MAI.
