Livelink document cannot be opened

Hi experts,

We have some issue at our sites regarding the Livelink viewer.

We found out that some of the sites is able to archive document but error when try to retrieve the document. The error is :

SAP ArchiveLink (internal error in document viewer during display)

We did the reinstallation but still error. The technical person has add the exceptions in LAN Setting in IE but the error still occurred. Attached herewith is the log file for your reference. Can u help me regarding this issue.

For which document type extension you are getting this error, i mean while opening PDF,JPEG or xls...etc.

Hi ,

Check for define workstation appication for display in DC30 by selecting tiff appication . Can u post dc30 screen shot of tiff.

Document Class is setting by FAX (Internal Format for TIFF Files)
