Sales Value is not updating in the KNKK table

Hi,

I am having the problem with updation of the sales value in KNKK table.

It is correctly updating in the FD33 but it is not updating the KNKK-SAUFT .

I have checked the FM SD_CREDIT_EXPOSURE.But no use.

Can you please reconfirm your above statement is correct ?  KNKK table is nothing but whatever data stored in FD32.  Also, normally, it would be vice versa.  Whatever TCode you execute and save, in the background, the relevant data would be updated in the corresponding table and sometimes, again if you check in display mode with that TCode, system will not show the correct figure.  Did you try running F.28 ?

As Deepak mentioned in my attached tread as below, is true.Even i do agree with the below

Function module SD_CREDIT_EXPOSURE is used to calculate KNKK in real time but the value in the tables remains always zero

Even i have checked by creating some sales orders in my IDES system here also the Sales values is not getting updated. However the same sales value is updating in FD32.

Even i checked in my client system there also in KNKK table the sales value showing " 0" for all documents. However, it is showing in FD32.

So as per my knowledge you need not to worry about KNKK sales value update.Your system is working correct only.
