Hi,
We have a requirement to get the effective dates of contract as well as all amendments into the contract template. We can get this information from the contract document collection. I am trying to pass this using a token defined as collection. I defined a word document with a placeholder for the effective date. I was expecting the effective dates to get poulated as per the format in the Amedmet Template in the Agreement. But it does not work. Has anyone successfully configured collections as tokens into an Agreement ? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rani
Token definition:
Word Document template content (this is the template defined fo rthe collection within the token - AmendmentTemplate.docx)):
Token in the agreement template (This is how I am calling the token in the contract template).
Hi,
Yes, we have done this. Please see the attached screenshot.
Some of the things that I found different in your case are:
Format is Paragraph (it may not be an issue)
Are All sub variables accounted for?
Is the Attribute name correct?
What I have also a slight doubt on is to reference a field at Contract document level into a token. If the above checks dont work, we may have to dig deeper then.
Hope this helps.
