HTTP destination mess up after we upgraded to PI 7.31

After we upgraded to PI 7.31, when we submitted XML POs, the
url for one of our vendor is not the value we assigned in the integration
builder.

In the trace, the HTTP destination showed an old value , not
the one we currently assigned in the integration builder.

This only happened to one of our XML PO vendors.

Please help!

Hi Fisher - Can you make a dummy change and activate the object and also check if the cache is getting updated or not.
