Zero should be fixable in planning area

Hello Community,

I have following issue:

I want to set a (fixable) key figure in a planning area so that zero is fixable, too.

Therefore, I proceed as follows:

Transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN -> Select planning area -> Extras -> Key figure settings

Now, I want to set the flag to following key figure with according settings:

Now, when setting the 2 relevant flags (zero allowed and zero fixable):

and starting the job to change the settings in background:

.....nothing will be done.....

The job runs 0 seconds:

and when entering the change view of key figure settings again afterwards, the 2 flags have not been set:

Does anybody know what I am doing wrong or what is the issue?

Click the clock in the foreground, it shouldnt take much time. That way you get to read the messages if something is wrong. You can also run in test mode first and see the messages issued. It should not take much time in the foreground.

Hi, I tested this and it seems that the flags are not set at once (maybe due to liveCache update?) But if I check later, they're set correctly ... Not sure whether you encountered the same.

it did not work, flags were not set after some time.

How long did you wait until you checked againg whether the flags have been set or not?

Hi Heinz,

You are doing the process correctly.

Just before this process check Live cache consistency.

May be due to some live cache error it is not allowing to fix and job is stopped abruptly.

But as Ada said it should get fixed after some time or the other
