Unable to edit customer information on Sharepoint 2010

Hello community,

so far we are recieving customers and products on Sharepoint 2010 from our SAP backend. Yet we are not able to edit customer information.

While trying to save our updated info we get the following error:

We can not find any suggestions on how to solve this issue and apparently the ULS Viewer on the Sharepoint Server and the transactions SRTUTIL, error_logs, appl_logs, ST22 and SM21 do not provide further clues on the root of this error.

Sugesstions will be highly appreciated.

Hello community,

I'd like to add something:

For the "Customer Title" and for the "Country Code" we get another error message while trying to edit/save the customer data in Sharepoint.

"No exact match was found. Click the item(s) that did not resolve
for more options. You can also use Select button to choose External Data."

But I am able to create a new debitor/customer which is afterwards shown int eh Sharepoint list.

The Starter Services are an optional component and could be skip in favor of really starting with your own development of your business scenario.
