Pricing condition automatically assigned and calculated with formula

Dear colleagues,

In our pricing procedure in SD we have standard price condition PR00. This is our price, but beside PR00 we have two more conditions Z001 and Z002. Z001 is also price, and Z002 is surcharge. Both of this conditions are manual. Purpose of these two Z conditions is to divide PR00 into two revenue accounts.  Strait key for the dividing does not exist, which means that Z001 need to be entered manually (fix amount). To avoid manual calculation and entering of both Z conditions, we need solution which will automatically assign and calculate Z002 when Z001 is entered (formula is PR00-Z001=Z002).

Could you please help me and give me advices how this can be done in standard SAP?

Kind regards,

Harry

Hi Harry,

Assign subtotal D to PR00

Assign subtotal E to Z001

Assign Alt Cal type 12 (XWORKD - XWORKE) to Z002

Above settings in pricing will fulfill your requirement.

Now, If ratio is fixed based on % then you can directly derive the same as suggested by Karuna.

MJ.

Hi Harry,

Set the condition PR00 as statistical in your pricing procedure

After, Z001 can be populated from a condition (master data with VK11/12) and Z002 can be created in V/06 with this option

See the pricing procedure RVAAAR (for Argentina) as a template. In this case, the conditions are related with taxes, but it's the same, so, J1AQ depends on J1AP (in this case, all are related with rounding rules). See that account determination is for the condition solved with formulas (in this case VOFM 331, 333 and so on)

I hope this helps you

Hi,

Configure Z001 & Z002 as % (calc type) of PR00 and assign two different accrual keys. Create condition records for Z001 & Z002 in VK11. So if Z001 is 60% of PR00, Z002 will be 40% of PR00.

10      PR00 - 100

20     Z001 - 60% = 60 From 10 to 10

30     Z002 - 40% = 40 From 10 to 10
