How to Add the managed code in microsoft Infopath 2007

Hi

I am trying to add the managed code in infopath 2007 but getting error like "Infopath cannot add the event handler". I am trying another way also Menu>Tools>programming and opening the Microsoft visual studio tool for applications

here also getting error like "Infopath cannot start the MSVSTA".
