Wily interscope :Node not visible for the app server other than CI

Hi All ,

We have done setup for Java monitoring via Wily agent. We have set up our solman system( based on Solaris)  as the Interoscope Enterprise manager & is trying to setup  monitoring for the DEV ,QA , PROD systems of our CLM systems hosted on windows machines. We 1 ,2,2  app server in these DQP systems. We have successfully done initial setup  on DEV system. But facing some issues in QA . Please help us in below issues.

1 > We have 2 app server on differernt hosts in  QA system , do we need to install the Interoscope agent on both hosts seperately.

     ( We have manually installed Interscope agent on CI App server hosted on seperate machine.)

2 > The saphost agent node is not visible for the QA system ,what could be the reason the this node missing.

We are on Solman version 7.01 sps 30   & CLM system is 7.01 SP7

Hi All ,

Thanks for your inputs.

I have got answer for my first question.

We have to install the Interscope agent seperately on each host. After installtion of agent on second appserver host , it is now visible in Enterprise manager.

Will now look into the threads shared by the members....

Hi,

What is the version of the host agent installed on the CI.

Hope it's not an old agent that you have installed.

Also check the latest SMDAgentApplication.X.log
