SMD Agent authenticated but registering error

Hi,

We have successfully installed smdagent. Already registered the sldconf and managingconf correctly.

But when connecting the agent to our solman it has been authenticated but registering failure with yellow status.

Also seeing seeing in Agent Admin saying "Agent Version Differs From LMService". Im sure this is Agent is latest SP03...DIAGAGT73SP03_0-20006981

Please let me know on how I can resolve this issue. Thanks
