Printing issue: waiting for output formatter.

Hi,

I am facing the problem with printing.

One user complaining that he can not colour print form SAP. I have check his spool requests. Until Nov13th12:00pm He could print successfully.

No changes happened in print settings or his roles.

but strangely he couldn't print.

all his requests are in waiting.

could you please help me how to fix this issue?

What does LOCL map to under tx SPAD?

Also is the document being printed supposed to be DINA4?  I have had issues when the wrong format is selected for the output generation and its larger then the destination paper size.

Can you print preview the spool?

Hi,

Check with the physical printer setting. If it is local printing FE then, check the desktop printer settings.
