SAP Background Job Count

Dear Experts,

Is there a report or function module to get the number of background jobs available at particualr SAP ABAP system?

Please advice. Hope we can achieve this by using some tables but i want to check any other possibilities with SAP standard.

Is there any tools avaiilable please let me know.
