Hi All,
One of our users gets the following error when accessing her worklist in UDM_DISPUTE:
"Worklist is currently being processed by user XXXX" Message no. UDM_WORK_LIST033.
I can see that her GUI session is active in SM04 and with status as Disconnected in Technical Information. I have manually logged off the user from SM04 and she is now able to get in again. However, this has been happening frequently for this particular user only. We already have the GUI timeout set to 75 mins; then why doesn't this user get logged off? Under Technical Information in SM04 for this user I can see that her session has been alive for 3 days now.

A correction to the above message, the transaction is UDM_SPECIALIST and not UDM_DISPUTE. I have already checked note 1440241,there is a lock entry created in SM12, however it is not on the table mentioned in the note, but on table UDM_WL_LAST_GRP
