MSMP Notification Settings > Missing Notification Event: END_OF_REQUEST

Hello everybody,

While configuring MSMP Notification Settings to send an email to the end user with credentials the Notification Event "END_OF_REQUEST" is not in the list. As a reference for this context, see details on Note: 1588079.

-Current system: GRC 10 SP12

-SPRO Configuration: Access Control-> User Provisioning -> Maintain provisioning Settings -> Maintain Global Provisioning Configuration and change the Send Password under EMAIL status to YES.

-(1) MSMP Workflow Configuration:

     Process Global Settings > Notification Settings:

     -Notification Event: END_OF_REQUEST

     -Template ID: GRAC_AR_CLOSE

     -Recipient ID: GRAC_USER

-(5) Maintain Paths > Notification Settings > Notification Event:

     -Approved

     -Escalation

     -Forward

     -New_Work_Item

     -Rejected

     -Return

Your guide on how to get the missing Notification Event: "END_OF_REQUEST" will be appreciated!

Notification Settings @ (1) Process Global Settings is sufficient to send the user notification about the password.

2nd path @ (5) Maintain Paths > Notification Settings > Notification Event, specified in the Note seems wrong.

Configure the Notification Settings @ (1) Process Global Settings and validate the scenario.

Thanks for your reply. Let me clarify. On Maintain Paths (5), the
items mentioned above are the only Notification Events displayed and available
at this moment and I listed them just for reference. I am looking for
guidance on how to get the Notification Event "END_OF_REQUEST" added
to the list.

As additional information, on the Notification Settings I can
use the Template ID: GRAC_AR_CLOSE as well the Recipient ID: GRA_USER,
but the Notification Event “END_OF_REQUEST” is not available. I can add it
manually but of course, when simulating the error message “Invalid Notification
Event END_OF_REQUEST”

The Notification Event "END_OF_REQUEST" is available only at "Process Global Settings" as this Notification Event is used Globally for all Paths.

Generate the Version and Test your scenario.

Hello,

at path the notification is used for approval or rejection or for new item.

when request is closed either by approval or rejection it is used in process global settings not in any stages.

Thanks for your guidance. As you mentioned configuration is only needed on Process Global Settings to send ID and password to users and no additional configuration is required at the stage level. I got confused with the Step 2 of the note 1588079.
