T-code that shows who(user) has a material locked?

Is there a t-code that shows who(user) has a material locked? Our shipping department runs into times where the material is locked and they need to see whom has it blocked. Thanks

Hi Russ,

I do not understand your actual requirement as we have seen that SAP replied with the message that Material is locked by "USERNAME".

For example;

"The group data for the material 1715 is locked by SUMANS"

What else you want to know.
