copy control from loading date of SO item line to Vatdate of FI

Hello expert

We would like to know how to copy control from loading date of SO item line to Vatdate of BKPF.

Because currently we are involving SAP implementation project for Italy.

In order to following Italian regulation Vat date which is Tax reporting date to goverment and loading date which is goods leaving date from warehouse should be same.

Do anyone know the solution?

Copy Control wont serve this purpose and you have to try with BADI VATDATE_VALUES but I am sure, if the requirement is a statutory one, then SAP should have given provision to that which you need to explore in your system.

Thank you for your comments and sorry reply late.

We received assesment from SAP during last Dec.

SAP also sugguested to use  BADI VATDATE_VALUES.

Do you have some example how to implement VATDATE_VALUES copy loading date to VATdate?

Just tell the logic to your technical team and ask them to make use of this BADI.  They will address your requirement.
