History report under Availability and Performance returns blank page

Hi Experts,

We have recently applied NW 7.3 support pack stack 10 to our NW Portal. Everything looks fine except a couple of pages in NWA are blank.

1) System Overview page was blank - this issue was resolved by applying note 1904639 (applying latest patch of LMNWABASICAPPS 7.30).

2) However, History Report page is still empty after applying note 1904639. From NWA - Availability and Performance - Resource Monitoring - History Reports. The page is blank. I am using IE9. I could see the History Report page with "Quirks mode" from F12. But our portal application doesn't work well with Quirks Mode.

Any suggestions will be helpful! Thanks!

Check the SAP Note :  1706686 - Blank screen when accessing portal

Are you able to access the portal page from another system or machine ?

Try installing flash and see if that helps (just guessing).
