Can you just give a try with below points.
Remove the Java cache
or
1. Uninstall All the Java JRE updates from control panel
2. Click on Modify to modify the report in infoview and prese esc button on your computer
3. it will ask you to install latest Java update
4. install the new java update, log off from infoview and and try again to view the report.
Thanks,
Sachin

Not a bad idea, but it might be easier to go into your preferences in InfoView and change the default modify panel for Web Intelligence from Java to HTML. Then rerun the report. If anything looks different (data wise) then it's got to do with the Java applet or the Java version and you can go back to Sachin's suggestion.
Can you check http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1615732 (Blue and yellow table generated when using Web Intelligence Java report in client machine) and see if that is your issue?

If you can see data in chrome you should also be seeing data in any other browser as BO does not have any dependency with a browser..
If your IE is IE8 you should run it in compatibility mode. Also try updating the java to the recent release. Recently I had problems with JAVA as well.

Is the issue also specific to your client system? or are all the users not able to view report in IE.
As suggested by all earlier, use IE 8 and IE 9 in compatiblity mode and check the behavior it should work.Even if issue is for single report.
P.S. All versions of BO 3.1 SP3 + support IE 8 / IE 9 (SP5 onwards) only in compatible mode
It does not work in that way , If the Infoview works for other report most likely this is a issue with this report.
My suggestion will be to remove all filters if any and see any difference. Also try creating a new report on the data source to make sure no issue with data source. And finally check if there is any row level security being applied for this universe.
Also try to get SQL the report runs in the back ground and try running in database client to see if the query brings data..
Hi Raghu,
Which version of Internet Explorer are you using for running Infoview?
