USMM JOB RSUVM007 STAND STILL ON RELEASED STATE

Hi Expert,

We are generating USMM report on Solution manager. While running System Measurement the jobs are scheduled, But it stand still on Released state.

Please help how to resolve this issue.

Hi Jithin,

Do you have BTC processes available in SM50 as i can see the jobs are going in Delay status.

I have checked in SM 50 there are three BTC background Jobs are running.

As you see all of them are utilized, your jobs are going in delay. Please check if you have more jobs in SM37 waiting for processes.

You will have to bring the Processes to "wait" status and then schedule your USMM again. You can cancel these jobs for USMM and run it again once your BTC are free to take up new request.

If after performing above steps, and it doesnt help. I would request you to bounce the system and try again.
