Self Registration links

Hi Experts,

Our client requires two different Self-Registration links, with different requirements.

In Page Customization we have two Supplier Registrations (147) : DEFAULT and UI2.

We marked some fields as required on the DEFAULT and the changes can be seen in the url :

http://XXXXXX/scd/fsguestvendor/vendordesktop/register

however, the changes we made on the Supplier Registration UI2 don’t appear on the other url:

http://XXXXX/scd/fsguestvendor/vendordesktop/register?ui2

Can someone help us?  Are we with the right links?

Are we missing some other customization?
