Restricting ASN creation for NEW PO

Hi ,

Presently ASN is crating for both  NEW PO and confirmation PO

Can any one tell me how to restrcit ASN cretion for NEW PO .ance.

What kind of restriction of ASN you are looking for ? and can explain what is the need of that?(business scenario)

We should not allow users to create ASN for NEW PO

Your requirement is :ASN should not be allow to create until PO is confirm

then you need to follow below steps:

Go to Transaction code:/N/SCA/ORDER_CFG ( Make Settings for Purchase Orders )

Set Confirmation Control

Maintain below data:

Order Type:Purchase order

Customer:Your customer business partner organization (which is assigned to plant in SNC)

Supplier:Supplier business partner Organization

Suppl.conf:Mandatory

Asn.Conf:Mandatory(if u want ASN mandatory)

save this setting.

Now ASN can't be created without confirmation of PO.

I don't have authorization for T-code :/N/SCA/ORDER_CFG.

Can you please provide the step for SPRO for these settings

SPRO path:

Supply Network Collaboration >> Purchase Order >> Make General Settings for Purchase Orders

It will call the same tocde /N/SCA/ORDER_CFG

Even after following your steps it is allowing to create ASN for NEW PO.

Can you please suggest me validation in below mentioned path

SPRO-SNC-Basic settings - Validations- SAP standard validations - Display settings for standared validation profiles
