Shopping Cart Check Status In SRM 7.0

Hello Experts,

We are on SRM 4.0, Classic scenario now. And we are in process of technically upgrading it to SRM 7.0

We were using the standard TCODES like,

1. Shopping Cart Check Status

2. Monitor SC etc

Now in SRM 7.0, do we still have these tcodes which could be accesd by Requestors with assigning specific roles and authorization?

Or do we have to make use of POWL? If yes, pls let me know steps for configuring this.

Apart from these two standard Tcodes, are there any other Tcodes, which I have to take care of via POWL?

TIA

Dhananjay

Hello,

ITS transactions are not relevant in SRM 7.0 anymore.

Shopping cart check status is replaced by POWL. Cart creator can see his documents in POWL.

Monitor shopping cart will be available to SRM administrator (GUI role /SAPSRM/ADMINISTRATOR - portal role com.sap.pct.srm.core.ro_srmadministrator.

Check note 1261825 to see the correct roles (GUI and portal) to be assigned to end users.

Hello Ricardo,

Thanks for your response.

I have gone through few documents.

What I am trying to figure out is, if I want to have Functionality similar to SC Check Status in SRM 7.0, what steps I should follow to configure POWL?

I understand there are SPRO settings, at path: SAP Implementataion Guide > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Setting > POWL Advance Search.

But if I maintain all these setting to as it is, how do user actually execute this query in SRM 7.0. (We are using NWBC)

Any stepwise documnt would be useful.

Thanks,

Dhananjay
