I have configured an NWDI7.31. However, the SC useradmin is red:

I manually checked in but still get the same.

I never had this kind of red SC in NWDI7.0

The NWDI configuration is done and working well without any visible errors. We can transport java.

The trace file is very big and ,  keyword "umedmin" or "UMEADMIN" in the trace does not show

too much info.

Try to create a new track and see if it fixes your issue.

Hi,

I check umeadmin has  got no dependency or Prequesit.

Are you trying to change develop umeadmin or some another patch.

Can you please pass on the full screen shot that we can see which step you are in NDWI.

Did you try to download a new patch hoping that this patch is corrupt.
