disp+work.exe stopped

Hi i just installed Netweaver 7.2 32 bit on a virtual machine and it installed successfully. When i started the the SAP MMC it turned green then it turned yellow.

At first it said running but cannot connect to message server then it stopped.

I have changed my hosts file and added 127.0.0.1 and also my virtual machine IP address which is 10.10.0.10

i also checked the services file and sapdp00  tcp/3200 is there but i just can seem to get it working

What is paging file size ? Can you increase it ?

Also make sure you configure 20 GB swap space.

and do a check for sappfpar check pf=profile file

Hi Ashish

Thanks for your responses. i increased the page file size to 25 GB but then its starts but stops after a few seconds. I'm new to SAP. Please can you assist me in checking the sappfpar

Hi Ashishi took out an entry that i put in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 SAP and now its working   thanks for your help
