Date format in CLM

Hi experts,

We would like to change the format of the date in SAP Sourcing/CLM.

Currently it apears as: MM/DD/YYYY.

But we would like to change it to; DD/MM/YYYY.

Can anyone advise me on how to do this please detailing each and every step from scratch?

Am new to SAP Sourcing.

The above changes should apply to anyone who uses the system and should be defaulted. No user other than the system admin. should be able to change this.

Setup>Master Data>Under Organization and Accounting Information > Companies

you can change the date format as required, please see the below screen shot
