Hello Nayeem,

please read below Note :

1632036  - Landscape Fetch in SAP Solution Manager 7.x : What does it exactly do ?

It says :
Landscape job now differs in SAP Solution Manager 7.1. Since the SLD and LMDB are synchronized completely during the step 6 of transaction Solman_setup and thereafter with the Notification jobs, it is no longer necessary to read data from the SLD. LMDB ensures that all the data it writes to the LMDB database is also synchronized with SMSY. So the step 1 is taken out from the job.

So have you completed Solman_setup (including step 6) after upgrading your system ? I assume if this is successfully executed, it should not be happening. Also perform solman_setup-> Basic Configuration -> Configure Automatically -> Schedule Solution Manager-> Background Jobs.

best regards

Mr. Naga,

The user was correctly configured in SLDAPICUST, this is why I am not getting any errors.  As you can see in the above the screenshots of SLDAPICUST.

I have checked the above notes and looks like they are valid for ST-400 and below and we are already on ST-710 Level 8 - SAPKITL708

sldcheck

Please see above screenshots for tcode sldcheck, sldapicust, and browser.  I think it is has to do with LMDB, because LMDB was not part of Solman 7.0.

Still the landscape job keeps cancelling.

Need your input.

Thanks

Dear Nadeem,

The job may get cancelled due to several cases.

in my case the same job got canceled when the DB table spaces were full.

to analyse the problem correctly, please provide with the DUMP from st22 which occured on 30/10/2013

23:00:04

It would be great if you can also provide the system error log from sm21 at same instance.

I ran this report RSGET_SMSY in SE38, and its telling me that the SLD server connection is inactive.  This IS Solman and in RZ70, it is pointing to itself (local SLD)

RSGET_SMSY

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I checked there is no log in SM21 or ST22 DUMP.  It started happening right after Solman upgrade.

Thanks.

okies, then check if there are any issues with the sld user in su01(like user got locked, password expired etc.. etc.

usually SLDDUSER or SLDAPIUSER

if everything is fine then check whether the sld RFCs are working fine in sm59

Hope this helps

Hi,

I checked user is not locked, RFCs are working.  What do you want me to check in Visual Admin, I did check the SLD Data Supplier, which seems to be working.  I am sure, is has to do be LMDB, and I don't have much exposure to LMDB.

Any suggestions.

Thanks.

Hello

Is the connection to the SLD system working fine ?

Check Tx RZ70

Check whether the SLD user maintained in the Visual Admin is not locked.

Check the connection from Visual Admin is OK.

Also check these SAP notes

1335225  - LANDSCAPE FETCH job: Termination with SCDT_LIS_IF 011

757204  - SMSY: The connection to the SLD server is inactive
