Sending Notifications from PI to Batch Schedulers like Automic(UC4)

Hello Experts,

  We are on PI 7.1 Ehp 1 and we are using Automic(UC4) batch scheduler that schedules jobs in ECC and BW which then send data to our PI system.

When there are any message processing failures in PI, we want PI to send a notification to Automic so that Automic will call the respective on call support person.

I understand that we can send email notifications to the users by configuring alerts in PI(which we have already done), but our requirement is also to either call from PI or send notification from PI to the batch scheduler.

Did anyone implement this requirement?

you could use the exception branch in ccBPM to trigger  another message or call a proxy or something similar when an error occurs.
