HANA Hierarchy using IDT universe.

Can we use HANA hierarchical information (Attribute / Analytic View) in universe or we'll have to create custom hierarchy for the same in IDT?

HANA Hierarchies are exposed in the OLAP connection only to HANA and not relational connection to the information models. So it can be used for Analysis product both office and OLAP but not in Businessobjects IDT using relational connection..

Then do i have to create Hierarchy in IDT?

That is right .. you should create custom hierarchy(navigation path ) in IDT it self for relational data access..
