Bidder is not replicating to SRM

Hi

We are on SRM 7.02 and we are in Classic Scenario.

We have the below issue in SUS and SRM.

1. Create in Bidder SUS Portal
2. Bidder successfully created in SUS Portal
3. XML triggered for new bidder
4. But the same bidder is not replicating in to SRM System ???

Please help

Do you see the XML in SRM? is there a failure in XML processing?

Can you share some more details does generally it goes automatically please can you check the note as below and see if it pertains to your issue ?

Also from my understanding the bidder has to send a bid and once accepted automatically a relationship is created , please check the below as well

Basically when create a Bidder in SUS Portal, same as created as BP in EBP, but its not creating though we can see XML triggered from SUS to EBP.

Do you have a clue on this?
